PITTSBURGH, PA (March 1, 2019) The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is requesting proposals from developers and/or development teams to purchase and redevelop a combination of URA and City-owned sites at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Dinwiddie Street within the Uptown area of the City of Pittsburgh.
