Large and small-scale commercial, residential and mixed-use development can bring high impact change for our communities. The URA works with individual developers to link them with available sites; structure financing; facilitate good community process—and help navigate the permitting process. Working together, we create a solid foundation that supports a sustainable development for the long haul.

The URA provides financial assistance from our own resources and also facilitates financing from our State and Federal partners. Our staff can also help arrange special financing for projects of a larger scope and impact. You can discover eligible programs via the map below.
