Meetings of the URA Board of Directors are held on the second Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m in a hybrid setting. Changes to the agenda may be made prior to the meetings.

Regular Board Meeting Notice
The Regular URA Board Meeting will occur on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EDT in the Lower Level Conference Room of the 412 Boulevard of the Allies office building Downtown. Registration is not required to attend. Please email dbentley@ura.org if you require an accessibility accommodation.
Public Comment Policy
Members of the public have the opportunity to provide comment on URA Board of Directors agenda items in one of the following formats: in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in writing.
Registration is required to receive three minutes to provide in-person or virtual comments during the public meeting. Registration opens at 2:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the regular meeting and closes at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. The registration form will become available on this site at 2:00 p.m. the Tuesday before the board meeting.
Written comments submitted before 1:00 p.m. the day of the meeting and comments provided during the meeting will become part of the public minutes and meeting record.
