Regular Board Meeting Notice
The next hybrid Regular URA Board Meeting will occur on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST.
Rental Gap Program Guidelines Amendments Feedback
During the June 13, 2024 Regular URA Board Meeting, URA staff presented proposed amendments to the Rental Gap Program guidelines to:

Increase the maximum loan amount from $1,250,000 to $2,000,000

Increase the maximum loan amount per unit to the following:

30% of AMI - $75,000 per unit

50% of AMI - $50,000 per unit
-
60% of AMI - $35,000 per unit
