Meetings of the URA Board of Directors are held on the second Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m in a hybrid setting. Changes to the agenda may be made prior to the meetings.

Regular Board Meeting Notice

The Annual/Regular URA Board Meeting will occur on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EST in the Lower Level Conference Room of the 412 Boulevard of the Allies office building Downtown. Registration is not required to attend. Please email dbentley@ura.org if you require an accessibility accommodation.


Public Comment Instructions  

Members of the public can provide comment on agenda items in one of the following formats of their choosing: in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in written form. All public commenters will be permitted three minutes to provide comment. Registration for public comment opens at 2:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the Board Meeting and closes at 1:00 p.m. on the day of the Board Meeting.  

 

Updates to Homeowner Assistance Program Guidelines

During the December 12, 2024 Regular URA Board Meeting, URA staff presented proposed changes to the Homeowner Assistance Program guidelines to:

  • Change the financing structure from a $30,000, 0% interest, 20-year deferred loan secured by a mortgage combined with a $5,000 grant, to a $35,000 grant with a 10-year deed restriction 

  • Increase the time period in which an applicant can reapply for the program from 5 years to 10 years
