The URA’s Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Program is committed to the growth and development of minority-owned and women-owned firms.

The URA seeks to advance equitable development by working with developers and other stakeholders to connect minority and women-owned firms to the kind of capacity-building opportunities that will increase their sustainability and success in the region.

The MWBE Program and its dedicated staff delivers outreach, the planning and execution of MWBE workshops, contract compliance, and dispute resolution, if needed.
