Organizational Strategy Report

In 2019, HR&A Advisors was engaged to prepare an organizational strategy that would enable the URA and the City of Pittsburgh to better respond to Pittsburgh’s evolving economic development dynamics. It offers recommendations on how to create stronger ties between all economic development stakeholders in Pittsburgh and ensure the URA's resources and processes are aligned with its mandate to advance citywide economic development priorities.

This report provides us with a roadmap - giving an overview of the economic landscape and suggesting various routes available to us. We must be expert navigators, thinking on our feet and able to adjust as the road bends.
