Compliance in the Greater Hill District
The URA is committed to Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises' prosperity & development in the Greater Hill District. The URA has adopted the Hill District Master Plan's MWBE participation goals. The URA expects all contracts over $250,000 to achieve or exceed the goal of awarding 30% of the total project cost to MBEs and 15% of the total project cost to WBEs.
The URA’s MWBE Planning process for the Greater Hill District follows four phases.
- Completion of the MWBE Narrative/MWI Narrative
- Completion of the Total Project Cost Calculator
- Completion of the MWBE Plan using the MWBE Plan template
- Completion of on-going MWBE Compliance Reports
