Hill House Association Request for Proposals

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is excited to assist in the sharing of the Hill House Association's and Hill House Economic Development Corporation's (collectively HHA) Request for Proposals (RFP) for scattered sites in the Middle Hill neighborhood. 

All questions related to this RFP must be submitted to HHA through the Public Purchase platform (www.publicpurchase.com).  Responses to inquiries will only be available through Public Purchase.
