200 Ross Street
Office space at the historic 200 Ross Street will be converted to 68 units of affordable housing and two floors of affordable commercial space by ACTION-Housing, Inc.
The URA issued an RFQ for the adaptive reuse of the former URA, HACP, and City of Pittsburgh offices at 200 Ross Street in 2024. They selected ACTION-Housing, Inc., who will be using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and URA financing to purchase the building and convert it into affordable housing and affordable commercial space.
