URA Collecting Feedback on the Draft 2025 Housing Opportunity Fund Allocation Plan
Each year, the City of Pittsburgh dedicates $10 million in tax dollars to support affordable housing initiatives and programs through the Housing Opportunity Fund (HOF).
Following an annual public survey in May – July 2024, the HOF advisory board created a draft annual allocation plan for 2025.
The URA is now collecting public feedback once again on the draft 2025 allocation plan, through November 14, 2024. Feedback from Pittsburgh residents informs the advisory board and URA staff on how to best address housing needs in Pittsburgh neighborhoods during the 2025 allocation year.
Residents are encouraged to share their opinion to help guide how the next $10 million of HOF funds will be spent in 2025 and can do so by email, phone, or by filling out an online form.
