Housing Opportunity Fund 2020 Funding Approved

The URA Board approved the Housing Opportunity Fund 2020 Annual Allocation Plan on January 16. It was first approved by the HOF Advisory Board on January 8, 2020. It will now go to City Council for final review and approval. This is the third allocation plan presented by HOF since its inception in 2016.
In accordance with legislation, the plan outlines proposed funding levels by programmatic categories and was created through collaboration between HOF staff and the Advisory Board.
The five programs funded by HOF funding include:
- Housing Stabilization Program
- Rental Gap Program
- Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance
- Homeowner Assistance Program
- For-Sale Development Program
