Where you were before the URA: I am a registered architect with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I have also worked with multinational companies in Canada and Dubai.
If you were boss for the day: I would ask one of the admin people to type everyone’s name, title and department and print it in a color-coded format for me. I would also ask to mount a plaque with title and department of all the staff to their cubical.
The Boss says: "Nazin is a valued member of the Quality Control and Inspection Team. She is an expert in design and architecture and won’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves to put in a hard day’s work.
"I would consider Nazin to be the perfect employee. She is educated, very intelligent, helpful, timely, dedicated, has common sense, a great attitude, and is always smiling. I often tell her that her smile is infectious, and she helps brighten the day." - Corey E. DeRico, assistant director of facilities management
