Pre-Release Meetings

The URA plans to release a request for qualifications (RFQ) for the redevelopment of property at Lexington Technology Park in North Point Breeze to be transformed from a parking lot into residential use.

The URA is hosting two community meetings taking place on January 15 and February 5 to discuss the RFQ. The meeting on January 15 will take place in person at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh - Homewood Branch, which is located at 7101 Hamilton Ave. The meeting on February 5 will be held virtually via Zoom.
