    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide Section 106 consulting services for the URA and City of Pittsburgh ("City") in order for both entities to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, the regulations of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP), and Pennsylvania Historic Museum Commission/Bureau of Historic Preservation (PHMC) guidelines. Neither the City nor the URA has a "certified staff person" to evaluate undertakings related to Section 106 compliance. A qualified consultant is needed to complete these functions.

    REVISED REQUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS (RFP): 62nd Street Industrial Park in the Upper Lawrenceville Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking developers and/or development teams (the "Developer") to submit proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of all, or part, of the 62nd Street Industrial Park (the "Site") in the Upper Lawrenceville neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The goal of this RFP is to select a Developer who presents a response that optimizes building density, facility operations and job creation. Preference will be given to proposals that incorporate the relocation of the Lawrenceville neighborhood's heavy industry and warehouses from residentially intensive areas to this Site to help to reduce truck traffic in the commercial district.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is accepting competitive proposals from experienced property maintenance firms to perform year-long maintenance of its vacant land real estate portfolio. Approximately 400 properties are involved in bundles of two sizes (small and mid) and are located in geographic clusters throughout the City of Pittsburgh (the "City"). A listing of property groups is included in this proposal package ('Exhibit D') and is also available for review online for those companies wishing to submit a proposal. The initial contract period will be for one (1) year. The property bundles are subject to change minimally by the URA throughout the contract period as URA ownership changes.

    Request for Redevelopment Proposals (RFP): Pittsburgh - Hunt Amory - 324 Emerson Street in the Shadyside Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking redevelopers and/or redevelopment teams ("Redevelopers") for the Pittsburgh - Hunt Armory ("Site") in the Shadyside neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh ("City"). The goal of this RFP is to select a Redeveloper who has both the ability to purchase or lease the Site and to complete a unique, economically sustainable redevelopment project that preserves the Site's historical significance. Proposals should include a reuse that is primarily recreational, but supplemental uses may be incorporated to improve the economic viability of the project. The Site is currently zoned for high density residential, but other proposed uses will be supported by the URA and City via assistance with a zoning change, variance, or special exception.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking developers and/or development teams (the "developer") to submit proposals for the purchase and development of individual sites located in the Pittsburgh Technology Center (PTC). Ranging from 0.92 to 4.04 acres, these shovel-ready sites offer a unique opportunity to develop in one of the City's premier research and development clusters. The goal of the RFP is to select a developer who will further progress the Preliminary Land Development Plan (PLDP) that was adopted for PTC in January of 2007. The PLDP's primary goal is to encourage the continued growth of advanced technology industries by offering competitive development sites within the City.
