The URA would like the Consultant to assist businesses going through the loan process with accounting, marketing, business operations, and more to ensure a strong loan application and a sustainable business post-loan.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), in conjunction with Summerset Land Development Associates (SLDA), will be developing approximately 39 acres in the Swisshelm Park neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. This development is being referred to as Summerset at Frick Park Phase 3. The site for the Summerset at Frick Park Phase 3 development ("The Site") is located in the 14th ward of the City of Pittsburgh in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, between Interstate 376 (Parkway East) and the Monongahela River.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA") is requesting proposals from commercial market professionals to conduct an analysis of the potential for new commercial development along Larimer Avenue in the Larimer neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh ("City"). This project aims to provide the URA with an understanding of square footages and types of businesses that could be supported by the market, with the first phase under consideration being the ground floor of a mixed-income housing development and the auditorium and gymnasium of the former Larimer School.     Request for Proposals (RFP) for Property Maintenance LandCare Tier 1

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is accepting competitive proposals from experienced property maintenance firms to perform year-long maintenance of its vacant property real estate portfolio. Approximately 1,000 properties are involved and located throughout the City of Pittsburgh (the "City"). A listing of properties is included in this proposal package ('Exhibit C') and is also available for review online for those companies wishing to submit a proposal. The initial contract period will be for one (1) year. The properties are subject to change minimally by the URA throughout the contract period as URA ownership changes.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking developers and/or development teams (the "developer" or "Respondent") to submit proposals for the purchase and development of individual sites located in the Pittsburgh Technology Center (PTC). Ranging from 0.92 to 4.04 acres, these shovel-ready sites offer a unique opportunity to develop in one of the City's premier research and development clusters. The goal of the RFP is to select a developer who will further progress the Preliminary Land Development Plan (PLDP) that was adopted for PTC in January of 2007. The PLDP's primary goal is to encourage the continued growth of advanced technology industries by offering competitive development sites within the City.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking developers and/or development teams (the "Developer") to submit proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of all, or part, of the 62nd Street Industrial Park (the "Site") in the Upper Lawrenceville neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The goal of this RFP is to select a Developer who presents a response that optimizes building density, facility operations and job creation. Preference will be given to proposals that incorporate the relocation of the Lawrenceville neighborhood's heavy industry and warehouses from residentially intensive areas to this Site to help to reduce truck traffic in the commercial district.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking redevelopers and/or redevelopment teams ("Redevelopers") for the Pittsburgh - Hunt Armory ("Site") in the Shadyside neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh ("City"). The goal of this RFP is to select a Redeveloper who has both the ability to purchase or lease the Site and to complete a unique, economically sustainable redevelopment project that preserves the Site's historical significance. Proposals should include a reuse that is primarily recreational, but supplemental uses may be incorporated to improve the economic viability of the project. The Site is currently zoned for high density residential, but other proposed uses will be supported by the URA and City via assistance with a zoning change, variance, or special exception.
