Buying a Property
Review the URA's Disposition Process, which is guided by both Redevelopment Laws and our overall commitment to creating jobs, expanding the City's tax base, and enhancing Pittsburgh's neighborhoods.
Farm-a-Lot Program
The Farm-a-Lot Program provides access to vacant land owned by the URA for commercial and small-scale farming initiatives throughout the City of Pittsburgh. Eligible activities include edible gardens, rain gardens, community gardens, flower gardens, pollinator gardens or bee farms.
LandCare Program
The URA's LandCare program engages small businesses and community organizations to maintain several hundred URA-owned lots throughout the City of Pittsburgh.
